How It Works

Every order is completed by us from start to finish and consists of 6 simple steps.

1 ) Site Visit

We’ll visit your home, measure your property and discuss your requirements.

2 ) Sketches

If you are looking for something bespoke, we’ll send a free hand sketch.

3 ) Order

We’ll source your materials from reliable British steel companies - and because we procure our materials from local UK companies, lead times are always met.

4 ) Fabricate

We’ll cut, fabricate and weld your design in our factory in Brentwood, Essex. If you are local you can visit to see the progress of your order.

5 ) Paint

Your order is then sent for steel bead shot blasting, which is essential to keying up the steel surface. This will prevent paint from flaking and give your railings a strong bonded paint finish. The steel is then placed in an oven at 200°C and is then primed with a thick coat of anti-rust powder. This will help bond the final powder coat finish. The powder coat is then baked at 200°C for 30 minutes giving it a strong, long-lasting paint finish.

6 ) Fit

We’ll deliver and fit the railings onto your property.
